HUMAN RESOURCES COMPENSATION SPECIALIST As a member of the Human Resources Team, the HR Compensation Specialist is responsible for the administration of compensation policies, programs and procedures including the analysis of market salary data and reporting. They will also be responsible for incentive/bonus programs as well as company compliance with wage and hour requirements and adherence to all FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) legislation. Additionally, this highly organized and detailed individual will lead in the creation and execution of compensation projects. Responsibilities: · Administer all bonus programs, maintaining plan integrity and compliance · Conduct company wide internal wage reviews and analyzing external market salary surveys and benchmarking data; presenting recommendations. · Establish procedures to ensure compensation plans are adhered to and investigate and exceptions/ anomalies. · Ensure compliance with all DOL & FLSA guidelines, wage increases and legislation.
