Num Rooms: 2 Num Baths: 2 Wolf Run (near Anderson) Square Footage: 1400 the place I'm living is in Wolf Pen Creek, off of Anderson, right across from the A&M Golf course on Wolf Run. It's an awesome place about a 5 minute walking distance to campus just down the street from the route 26 bus stop. The condo is 2 bedroom and 2 bath, but either room is big enough for two people if needed. All the condo's are under a home owners association and are all taken very good care of. There is also a private pool only accessible to people who live on Wolf Run. The rent is $475/person/month. And the utilities usually run a little over $100/person depending on the month and the heat. I'm in desperate need of someone because I already put down the deposit and everything to move in here. I'm really easy to get along with, and very easy going. I'm work full time and am a full time student as well, along with being on the track team so i stay pretty busy.
