A Team Leader coordinates resources and projects to ensure project deadlines are met. Directs and supports all quality assurance associates within the group, as well as serving as a communications channel between the team and the I.S. Manager. ? Leads the activities of group personnel for applications that support internal and external customers. ? Works closely with other associates within the department to complete the prioritized assigned tasks in a manner consistent with the company?s Mission Statement, Values, and 10 Rules. The Team Leader reports directly to the I.S. Manager. DUTIES AND TASKS, ? Leads moderately complex application activities which may require extensive research and analysis.
