Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing Engineer, Amarillo, TX Position Description : This position will be responsible for project management of cost savings and measurable operation improvements. They will be accountable for facilitating and leading efforts to identify waste and implement solutions for continuous improvement. This includes setting project strategies, communicating in and around the project team, project team/resource leadership, scope control, cost control, schedule control, construction oversight, project quality, safety, and delivery of projects. The incumbent will be expected to understand the business case for each project and take a leadership role in defining and communicating project deliverables. The project manager will act across multiple projects and make decisions that best meet the objectives of the business. In the Mechanical Engineering role, they will assist plant personnel in addressing technical issues of mechanical nature.
