We are looking for a night dispatch/customer service agent. Job is three to four 14-hour shifts a week, 5:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Dispatch and customer service duties revolve around computer load data communication with drivers, problem solving with drivers and customers over the phone, and office team follow up with messaging. Weekly shifts include at least 1 Saturday or Sunday shift. Must be a high energy individual with great people skills and Microsoft Office computer proficiency. We need an aggressive self-starter with the ability to solve problems for drivers and customers with internet and in-house research. If you love a challenge, then you may be our preferred candidate.
